Position Overview
Evangelical Lutheran Church Cokato is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-minded individual to serve as our Director of Congregational Engagement.

This is a ministry leadership position focused on communication, engagement, hospitality, and storytelling within the life of the congregation.

We believe communication within the church is no longer exclusively clerical support work, but a vital part of ministry growth, digital engagement, discipleship, hospitality, and community connection.

This role blends communication, administration, digital engagement, and congregational hospitality into a proactive ministry-centered position that helps strengthen both internal church life and outward community presence. The Director of Congregational Engagement will help shape how our congregation communicates, connects, welcomes, and tells the story of God at work within our community.
