Poinsettia Order Form

Our church sanctuary will be beautified with poinsettia plants this Advent and Christmas season.

The cost of the poinsettia is $23 for a 6" pot with foil and bow. The deadline to order is Wednesday, December 10th.

Plants may be ordered by filling out this form. You can pay for your plant in the app, under the "Give" section, then select "Altar Flower Offering" or you may pay with cash or check.

Checks can be made payable to Evangelical Lutheran Church Cokato and turned in to Jenny in the office.

If you want to bring your own plant, please do so by December 11th between the hours of 9 AM and 3 PM. If you want to pick your plant up after Christmas, TAG YOUR PLANT with your name. You can find the tags in the Narthex.

If you’re bringing your own plant and you want your name and designation printed in the Christmas Eve bulletin, NOTIFY THE CHURCH OFFICE BY 9 AM on Monday, December 15th. Call 320-286-5964 or email to jenny.dennis.elc@gmail.com.

Plants may be picked up after service on Christmas Eve, but no later than noon on January 8, 2025.
